Online Registration for the 2022-2023 School Year is Open Now!


Returning Students: How do I get started?
1.  Login to the PowerSchool Parent Portal**
2.  Navigate to "Forms" and select "Enrollment"
3.  Fill out/Update any forms marked "Empty"
**select "forgot username/password," if necessary

New Students: How do I get started?
2.  Receive your Access ID and Access Password for each child via email
3.  Follow the instructions in your email to create a Parent Portal Account
4.  Navigate to "Forms" and select "Enrollment"
5.  Fill out all Enrollment forms.

  • Wednesday, June 22, 2022 @ District Office (Across from Hoover)
    • 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
    • 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, July 13, 2022 @ Schrum Memorial Middle School
    • 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Frequently Asked Questions

What documents are required for registration?

  • Proof of residency within our school district boundaries is required. Click here for more information.

  • Student’s Birth Certificate

  • State of Illinois Certificate of Child Health Examination and/or Immunization Records (required for all New Students, and all PreK, Kindergarten, and 6th grade students)

  • Illinois State Board of Education Student Transfer Form (from previous school) and/or Last Report Card (if transferring from out-of-state)


What can I do if I have forgotten my password?

  • Go to the Parent Portal and select “forgot username/password.  The reset instructions will be sent to the email that we have on file.  If you no longer have access to this email account, please contact the main office.


What if I do not have a way to upload my documents?

  • Please complete filling out all the required registration forms.  Contact the main office and someone can assist you with your document attachments.


How can I register if I do not have Internet access?

  • We will be offering on-site open registration days throughout the Spring and Summer.  Please plan to attend or contact the main office to make an appointment for an alternative time.
