Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to inform you about a new safety system being implemented at our school to ensure the well-being of our students and staff. As part of this system:

• The front door will remain locked during school hours.
• Visitors will need to use the intercom system to be buzzed in by the secretaries.
• To maintain a secure environment, entry into the building will only be permitted for those with scheduled appointments.

If you need to arrange an early dismissal for your student, please call the school office in advance. This helps us prepare and ensure a smooth process while maintaining our security measures.

Additionally, any documents for the school nurse should be sent with your student or dropped off at the front office. If you have questions about medical forms or other requirements, please contact the nurse directly.

We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding as we implement these measures to enhance safety. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the school front office.
